My day 11.12

I really need to go to sleep now since it's getting quite late but I really felt like I needed to blog so I 'll just do it really fast, it's better than nothing rigth?

Wrote a social studies test today and I think it went ok but what do I know?

After school I went with fanny to buy some stuff mostly food, but then I saw at bikbok that they would have some kind of special christmas event later in the evening so I stayed there until 5. And loved it! You got "glögg" ginger breads and marshmallow and they also had 30% off of all normal prized items. And since I had been looking for around 2 weeks at their new pyjama stuff I had to buy some today. I ended up buying a pair of really soft knee-high socks and a shirt. And could it even get better when they put my stuff in a really cute pink box and also gave me for free a giftbag?

Later in the evening I then watched the newest pll episode, the christmas one and ate icecream with pancakes, yummie!

I love this shirt so freacking much. It fits perfectly on me which is like a super bonus for me since many of the simple tank tops with text/picture are often see trough or really low. Like at gina tricot, they are pretty but it's not like I want a shirt where half of my bra is showing. But this shirt was perfect. Low but not too low so I think I'm gonna go back there some day and ask if they have day-wear shirt in the same model.

Scout

I had a super fun time at scout this weekend so I guess I'm just gonna go fast through  now.

-Woke up at 8

-came to scout by 9 and helped with packing things and then a bus trip into the woods

-taking our stuff in and short meating with the other scout leaders

-lunch and then program for the younger ones, me and my group had the "food station"
-we came back and put our tent up
-chilling and helping with making tortillas
-free time
-meeting and planing the evening program
-camp fire
-popcorn and going into the tent
-chilling in the tent and around 12 we went to an old "ghost house" a bit scary since it's been abandoned for over 50 years
-having more fun in the tent and me and matilda had our "kipinä" (being in charge of the fire in the tent)

-woke up, ate breakfast...
-fell asleep
-were too tired to do anything but so were the rest of our group so we just tried our best to all fit on the couch
-lunch and then last program for the younger ones
-glögg <3 and gingerbreads before we went home

So we didn't really do that much but it's more the feeling of being there with amazing people that makes it all so good. And well sadly I had to leave my camera on by mistake when we had our first program so I couldn't take much pictures but it still rained the second day so it didn't matter that much

It was so pretty there!

Independence ball

It's good to be back! Had to take 2 days off since I had an test and had to get ready for our dance.

So every ninth grader here go to this independence ball on 5th december (usually) to dance and well I had it today.

It was really fun to dress up and be all festive for a day but oh gosh I woke up a bit before 5am. way to early, only got a few hours of sleep and I've been busy all day, I'm so tired now!

So my day have basically been waking up, doing hair, makeup etc. having two classes at school and then going through  the dances before we ate lunch at school and then went to the city hall. There we danced, ate and listen to our city mayor and that's about it. Then I went home ate fast and went to a scout meeting. Came home watched The polar express and now I'm almost done I just have to pack my bag since we have an over night  christmas-scout-camp.

But I'm not going to write anything more, I'll be back on Sunday and just wanted to post a few pictures of how I went to the ball.

Christmas wishlist

So my day today have been super boring so I dont really have anything to write about it so I thought that I would do a wishlist just for fun.

And I just wanted to say quickly that I've left out so many things that I would like to have because they are "too expensive" and I already know that I would never get them. But with that said lets get into the list!

1. A new mattress

I really want a new matress since I'm moving into my sisters old room and theres a small loft in the room so it would be really fun to sleep there but it's so small so only a matress would fit in there.

2. A blender

We only have a small really crappy one, or it's not crappy but it's not strong enough to crush ice so I cant do any fruit slushes and a blender is still something you'll need when you get your own place so it would be fun to get it now, because I love slushies!!

3. A wall clock

Just because I want one, preferable a white round one with fake diamonds instead of numbers

4. A bronzer

Because I still dont have one that I could use as a bronzer, preferably  non shimmery

5. A wallet

Once again because I dont have one, I've always just put my money in my bag and often they end up being all over the bag. So it would be nice to have a wallet. Preferably white, black or navy. Or with a cute print. I just love the ones that Ted Baker have but I would never expect to get one, if I want it, it's just to buy it myself. But a cheap one would be nice to get

6. A small bag

I only have 2 big bags so it be nice to have smaller one if I only need to take with me like keys, phone and money.

7. A silver bracelet chain

Just a really simple thin one or one with "holes". Since I have a few cute silver charms and I used to put it on my old chain. But I got that one when I was like 10 and now it's too short.

8. A black skater skirt

Since it's really hard to wear a skirt in the winter if you only have a white one and one with a flower pattern, It just doesn't look right if you live in Finland.

Ootd 1.12

First of I just wanted to tell that yeah the pictures arent that good but I wanted to take them in the morning and I only had a few minutes so I had to put my small pocket camera on my makeup table and take photos that way, and my room isn't really clean so I had to be against the door so you can't  really see that much but atleast it's something ;)

Christmas tag

I'm so freacking exited for christmas and since it is december now, I thought it would be fun to do a tag, so here we go...

1. When do you start getting exited for christmas?

Oh well I really hope I'm not the only one but probably in January, I've been saying Merry Christmas or Go jul which is what I say since June or something. I know, I'm so weird!

2. Do you still have advent calendars?

Sadly I dont have one this year. I really wanted kicks advent calendar last year but I ran out of money so this year when me and 2 of my friends won the giftcard I knew that I would buy it but when the gift card finally arrived they had ran out of them already. And then I thought that maybe I could see if I could find a chocolate one on sale today but of course they were all gone, I hate it, I wanted one so badly but I guess I'll try again next year.

3. What are your favourite christmas films?

I absolutely love the finnish "Joulutarina" Usually I'm not that fond of finnish movies but this one is absolutely amazing. It's about a young boy Spoilers ahead! that lives in northern Finland a few hundred years ago. His parents fall in a frozen lake on christmas eve and die, and so the boy is forced to live with all the families for one year each since they are all poor and can't  adopt him. Every christmas which wasn't known as christmas at that time he switch to another home and he always give the children in the village an present out of wood to say thank you for being his brother/sister for a year. And so he comes up with the idea of santa.

4. What do you do for christmas?

I wake up maybe around 10 and I go to watch some christmas programs for a couple of hours while I eat breakfast and a chocolate santa. Then I don't realy do anything, I just listen to christmas music and I'm basicly quite bored. Then finally at around 5 we start to make the food so I might help with that and then I just go to my room, and do my makeup, hair and put some proper clothes on. And around 7 we eat dinner and it usually takes way too long. Then a few hours later we (my dad) are finally done so we just open christmas presents and then I usually watch a christmas movie with my family and eat some christmas cookies and cakes. Then at last I just like to be in my room and do whatever I can do with what I got.

5.  What do you eat for christmas dinner?

As a typical finnish perspon I eat christmas bread, ham, this typical finnish thing (morotslåda) which is a mix of carrot, rice and other stuff that you cook in the oven & peas. My dad likes a typical finnish  dinner that I'm not really that fond of so I don't eat that much but It's ok.

6. Favourite christmas song?

Last christmas by WHAM! but I do like the version Taylor Swift made too

7. Do you have a real or fake christmas tree?

Always real if we have one, my dad is really boring so mostly my mom and I have to get one of we want one which is a bit to hard so we didn't have one last year :'(

8. Dream place to celebrate christmas at?

Absolutely England and London as the top city, I just think that the christmas they have there sounds the best and then they also have such a huge after christmas sale ( Theres a name for it rigth?)

 

Movies, shopping and a sleepover

I've had one of the best weekends I've ever had here at home. And for once I've actually done something instead of just watching movies the whole time. So I thought It would be fun to show some pictures. So this weekend was Katja's birthday and because there also were like a christmas fair or whatever you could call it close to me she came to my house. So we went there, celebrated her birthday and then also went into town because they also had an christmas fair with some fireworks and while we were there we also watched the third part of hunger games.

Since I feel wierd about taking pictures when people acutally see I take them and cuz I'm not really aloud to take pictures of people without asking I haven't really taken pictures from the fair but they sold everything from candles to beds

But even though they sold so much I ended up only buying food ;)

But in town I actually bought some stuff cuz they sold elf products! I've always been really skeptical about them and there's not a store that sell them normally. So I've never been able to buy them. But after some people had told me they are good I got so happy when they had them now.  And they are going to be there for too weeks, this is not gonna be good for me I'm so going to spend too much money on elf products.
But I bought a bronzer and eye primer since I really need one and I dont own either an eye primer or bronzer

Then next what I've bougth lately is a few items from kicks since I and 2 of my friends won a giftcard there.
I chose 3 things this eyebrow palette which I love so much it's super good and wasn't that expensive either. I also bought another peach pink lipstick since I love to have my lips peach pink coloured

And the last thing I bougth from kicks is this eye shadow brush, they have amazing brushes and I've always wanted to buy some but since they are a bit more expensive I've never bought one but now when we got the giftcard I tougth I'd buy one.

Then I've bought these 2 super pretty nail polishes, I'm totally obsessed with the colours and they weren't even expensive.

And the last thing I bought  yesterday was something from gina tricot.  The main reason was actually just to get this christmas bag since I have as an tradition to get the christmas bag every year so I ended up buying an oversized baby blue sweather, You'll see it tomorrow in an ootd post but isn't the bag cute ;)

Ok let me tell you that omg this chocolate you need to try it, it's like the best cheap chocolate ever! I love peppermint so of course I had to buy it but it's dark chocolate with cocoa nibs, peppermint and chocolate crème and peppermint milk créme.

And what happend with this picture, it's so bad!
But I just wanted to write a bit about mockingjay part 1. I cant really say I'm dissapointed but I must say I expected a bit more from it. It was good but it felt like it needed more, you know. Like the part 1 was only to go trough some important things and to warm up for part 2.

And then the last thing I've done this weekend was to dye my hair. It's a lot darker than It's ever been so it's a bit hard for me to say what I think but you'll see it tomorrow.

I'm finally back!

I can't  believe how long it's been since I last posted here, way too long. At first Ithought  that I would only take a few days of to get over with some tests in school but my motivation quickly ended for blogging and I never really made an effort to write at all. But I've been taking a few photos and I guess I'm now just gonna show you with the photos what I've been up to, not that interesting but I just want to quickly  go trough the past to actually blog about what I've done today and not what I did a few months ago.

I went to Ronja and Edit's halloween party which was really fun, sorry btw for the dark spot, I got my dads old camera and i used it for the first time at the party and ofcourse I only took one lens with me and the lens was to big so when i shot with the flash it couldn't ligth up the whole picture.

and finally almost christmas, I get to use my cute christmas mugs and drink glögg

And then a few weeks ago I went to a christmas opening near me and they had fireworks

Of course I've done much more than this but since I haven't really taken that many pictures I don't really wanna write that much about it.

But one thing that I'm going to mention is that I had my last prao which was really fun. I went to prisma and well worked, but yeah I think this is the end of this boring post so well bye and I'll try to post about this weekend which was really fun so see you soon!

Blog challenge day 12: An old picture of me +pictures from today

Earlier this day I thought I would choose an totally different picture of me but then when I got home I saw the cutest thing ever laying outside our yard and that gave me the idea of making an 2 in 1 blog post.

So the cute "thing" that I saw was an baby squirrel it was so cute! At first I got a bit scared since it looked like the squirrel had a broken leg or something but then a while later it finally jumped away and hopefully it's safe now.

And the old picture of me is when I'm 7 and standing next to a squirrel that came every day to us and got quite tame it even sat on my lap once, we called it kurre but then some cat killed it and I got really sad since I was 7 and the squirrel was the closest thing to a pet I've ever had at that time.

Well atleast the squirrel is cute 

It's just so cute!

Blog challenge day 11: Something I dislike

I could mention so many things that I don't like but in many of the things it wouldn't make any difference to you so why even bother writing it down? So I decided to write about something that could help you, and in this situation something that would save you money.

So a few days ago I bought some candy since it was on sale and I have wanted to taste it for quite a long time. The candy I'm talking about is chupa chupa jellies. The tv commercial had been on non stop earlier this year and it looked really good there and it's chupa chups how wrong can it be?

But I was so wrong, it's so awful and I'm a person who eats almost any candy.

It looks good but thats it. The smell is horrible and it taste like bitter but still sour acids. Like a chemistry test gone wrong.

I love frozen as you might know and I'm just a huge fan so why not be a bit creative around it.

I love everything about the movie you can really relate to the characters, you cry in the most sad moments and feel happy under the glad moments.

4. Olaf is the cutest thing ever

I don't know if it's just me but I love love love olaf he's just too cute!

Everything he say is perfection to me and wouldn't it be so cute to have a little (or big!) plush toy olaf on your bed?

5. The hairstyles

I really loved the hairstyles anna and elsa had and I've tried to do them myself both elsas braid and anna and elsas coronation hairstyle and they were actually quite easy to make. I've tried a few other hairstyles from movies and I've just felt that they were too hard but these were much easier.

Weekend

Finally weekend!

I so need it rigth now, were changing period next week in school so everyting in my life rigth now is connected to school. We've got loads and loads of exams, homework, projects.

But anyway no more school talk and lets get into what I've done yesterday and today.

Friday:

- I got to skip a class in school since I had to take my bunny to the vet to shorten his teeth and just too see if everything is ok with him. It was so scary since I've never been before to the vet with him but it went okay.

-I got to see my school photos and omg I hate them so much, I look so stupid in them, the lighting was way too dark and they took close up photos only. That was fine when I was 7 but after that they've always taken from the waist which worked so much better. I so need to take those stupid photos again.

-I got to know which group I'm in in confirmation, I hope I atleast know someone in my group!

-The rest of the day was super boring, I read some in a book for swedish class and studied for the chemistry exam I will have on monday.

Saturday:

-Why am I even writing this, since there's nothing I can tell you, I woke up, ate breakfast and then either studied, read some more and went on the computer, such an interesting day...

I don't have that much time to blog anymore since it's almost 11 in the evening and I haven't even done my homework still so I'm just going to go through  this day with + and -

- had to bike to school and it started to rain and then a hail storm also started I arrived to school wet and super cold and I was freezing throughout the day

+ yummie salad for lunch

+ got a good result in my math test

- I got really hungry in school and had no food or money with me

+ I had good food at home to eat

- dance moms wouldn't work so I couldn't watch it

+ but I started to watch britains next top model instead

- It also started to snow today like seriously snow in September?

Most of the snow had luckily melted when I came home but I managed to find some that hadn't melted away in our backyard

Blog challenge day 6: Something that made me happy today

I've lately tried to see if I would be happier if I would find something each day that made me happy.  And why not share what made me happy today.

The thing that made me happy today was that they had in citymarket the most cheapest icecream ever! Not a big thing right?  But most teenage people don't really have that much money to spend on snacks and especially the people like me who eat way too much snacks ;) So it really made me happy when I found Ingman vanilla, waffle and chocolate icecream for only 10 cent each!! the normal price is like a euro.

(since you can't see the icecream I just wanted to tell you that it's in the middle and half of the icecream is coated with chocolate and the other half has an waffle on each side.)
